Earth Cam is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Control team. This is a mid‑level, hands‑on role for an individual with prior experience in inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical or technical systems within a production or quality‑driven environment.

The Quality Control Technician will play an active role in ensuring product quality, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement within the QC process. This position requires independent problem‑solving, strong documentation skills, and consistent adherence to quality standards.

• Inspect, test, and validate electrical systems and components as part of the QC process
• Perform functional and diagnostic testing using appropriate testing equipment
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve product or system issues
• Identify trends or recurring issues and escape as needed
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
• Follow established QC workflows while contributing to process improvements
• Collaborate with QC leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain quality objectives

• A detail‑oriented, hands‑on technical professional who values precision, consistency, and product quality
• Comfortable working independently while following established processes and quality standards
• Skilled at troubleshooting, testing, and validating mechanical or electrical systems in real‑world environments
• Analytical and methodical in your approach to identifying issues and determining root causes
• Committed to thorough documentation, accurate reporting, and clear communication
• Collaborative by nature, working effectively with engineers, production teams, and QC leadership
• Motivated by contributing to reliable, high‑performance products used on large‑scale, real‑world projects
• Adaptable and energized by a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment focused on continuous improvement

• 2–5 years of experience in a Quality Control, inspection, or technical testing role
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and testing procedures
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and quality records
  
  Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment
