This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Member located in Short Hills, NJ. The Team Member will be responsible for assisting with client interactions, coordinating property showings, managing transactions, maintaining property listings, and supporting marketing efforts. The role involves regular communication with clients and team members, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

The individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to clients and contributing to the success of the team.

• Proficiency in client interaction, professional communication, and relationship-building
• Experience with social media management, and promotional activities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one, along with familiarity with real estate regulations
• Adaptability, teamwork, and a client-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree and prior real estate experience (a plus)
