Overview

Randstad in partnership with GAF are seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to join our Insights Team. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting and managing market research initiatives to drive customer-led strategy for our residential roofing business. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into actionable research plans and delivering impactful insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Base

pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end market research projects, from gathering requirements and defining methodology to delivering final presentations.
  • Research Design: Develop and program surveys and discussion guides, utilizing best practices to create engaging quantitative and qualitative experiences for our customers.
  • Qualitative Research: Employ qualitative methodologies, including moderating focus groups and in-depth interviews, to gather deeper customer insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze research findings and present actionable insights to project owners and stakeholders to help drive product, brand, and customer experience strategy.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with customer insights events and manage the Insights Knowledge Management Platform to share research assets across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing research, user experience research, or management consulting.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Research, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Advanced experience with quantitative research methods (e.g., survey design, sampling) and qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing). Proficiency with research tools like Qualtrics and , as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Core Competencies: Strong moderation and facilitation skills, intellectual curiosity, and an analytical mindset.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
