Quality is our Recipe. As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members, and instill the Wendy’s culture to exceed customer expectations. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

• Lead the restaurant and mentor team members to achieve operational and financial success.
• Uphold Wendy’s culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.

Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

• Three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
• Strong background in restaurant operations with benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence.
