As a Server / Cashier, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. You’ll take orders, run food, handle payments, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift. This position requires efficiency, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Deliver exceptional service that ensures guest satisfaction and encourages return visits.
• Warmly greet guests and maintain a welcoming, upbeat attitude throughout the shift.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit payments.
• Follow allergy and dietary protocols, ensuring guest safety at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, following all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with side work, restocking, and opening/closing duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry up to 50 lbs safely.
• Team player committed to maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
