As a Crew Member, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ by expertly preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional guest service. Whether it's crafting the perfect cup of coffee or serving up our delicious menu items, you’ll play a key role in keeping our guests coming back for more.

• Deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences, ensuring products are prepared according to operational and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean, fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent service, resolve guest issues, and follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Understand and exceed guest expectations, develop and maintain guest relationships, and seek ways to improve guest satisfaction.
• Set and maintain high standards for self and others, contribute to overall team performance, and identify and resolve issues as they arise.

• 16 years of age or higher, per applicable law
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
