Overview
As a Dishwasher General Utility, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures. - Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher during the shift.
- Keep the food line stocked with clean plates.
- Perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at shift end, including work area and restrooms.
- Lifting 25‑50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and moving around the kitchen.
- Minimum age: 18.
