Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customers' dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers upon arrival
- Take orders and complete accurately
- Light prep work
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the store
- Handle cash and operate POS system
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands, including standing for long periods
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
