We are hiring up to $16.00 per hour.

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. If you are hired, the franchisee will be your employer. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant. The franchisee is responsible for hiring, firing, disciplining, supervising, staffing, and scheduling employees.

• Lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the shift.
• Support departments in meeting their goals.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage our owner-operated restaurants.

• One week paid vacation after five years of employment.
• Two weeks paid vacation after eight years.
