As General Manager, your primary responsibility is running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and build an actionable plan to achieve them.

This is a collaborative leadership role. You will lead a team of Department Managers, each with specific operational responsibilities, by helping them set department goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to drive continuous improvement. You may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has strong leadership for the future.

• Experience: General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Industry Background: Quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience.
• Leadership: Proven track record of coaching and developing staff.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to connect with both staff and customers.

The salary range for this role is $58,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and location volume. General Managers also have monthly bonus opportunities of $1,000 based on the performance matrix. The Gillis Organization offers a competitive benefit program that includes:
