Restaura, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, seeks a reliable Cook to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, maintain portioning, and uphold food safety while contributing to a team that values hospitality and impact.
The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in Kosher environment is a plus;
Serv Safe certification is preferred. This full-time position is in person at our New Jersey kitchen.
