The Food Preparation Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in South Hackensack, NJ. This role involves preparing ingredients, assembling sâj flatbreads, mezze, and sweets, and following standardized recipes and portion guidelines to maintain flavor and quality. Day-to-day tasks include washing, cutting, and cooking ingredients; setting up and breaking down food stations; maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen;

and restocking items as needed. The This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality culinary experience.

• Demonstrated skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, including following recipes and portion control.
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a fast-casual or restaurant environment, but will train.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices; ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable time management and openness to learning new menu items and techniques.
