Mullica Hill, NJ and Wilmington, DE. This daytime, full-time role focuses on running a largely autonomous kitchen, with real input into menus and direction, and no late nights.
You will hire, train, and develop prep, line, and bakery teams, maintain quality and presentation, own ordering and food costs, and uphold food safety standards across both sites.
