The position is based at 2000 Route 38, Cherry Hill, NJ.
Position ObjectiveThe Associate Lead is responsible for supporting store management to ensure a great customer experience and maximize profitability. They perform sales and register transactions.
Functional Responsibilities- Promote customer service by greeting and assisting customers; respond to inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Handle basic operations including cash handling, reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and store opening/closing duties; review and submit payroll documentation.
- Monitor sales activities and productivity; motivate and train associates to meet sales goals.
- Maintain awareness of customers to enhance service and security; stay informed on operational policies regarding payments, exchanges, and security.
- Stay updated on current sales and promotions; display merchandise according to standards.
- Assist in inventory receipt and dispatch following company policies.
- Supervise sales associates, manage schedules, and ensure proper store coverage.
- Model sales techniques, communicate product knowledge, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
- Build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
- Maintain standards in merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store set-ups.
- Support store development through coaching and performance feedback.

- Must be 18 or older
- Preferably 2+ years retail or sales management experience

- Physical ability to stand, maneuver, lift 50 pounds, and operate equipment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
