• Assist in-store customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
• Confidently explain flag and flagpole options to customers.
• Open and close the store and maintain a professional retail environment.
• Respond to customer emails and assist with online orders and online support.
• Process and mail online sales through the post office.
• Ensure website health is running smoothly and update content as needed.
• Create and post promotions, advertisements, and discount campaigns.
• Generate and manage discount codes for the company website.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts.
• Engage in groups, comments, and posts that benefit brand visibility.
• Post created promotions to social media and the website.
• Continuously source new photos, promotions, and content to keep the website fresh and aligned.
• Track inventory and ensure it matches website listings.
• Review performance using analytics, insights, and business suite tools.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Word Press website design and dashboard.
• Ability to count money and work a register when needed.
• Slight knowledge of graphic design for marketing.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn our products and represent the brand professionally.
• Retail, e-commerce, or social media experience is a plus.
