All about General Merchandise:
Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The GM and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience
• Assist guests and resolve needs promptly
• Restock shelves, organize backroom, set up merchandise, and place promotional signs
• Receive products, manage inventory accuracy, and support pricing changes as directed
• Operate power equipment when certified, if applicable
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with safety and legal requirements
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed by the business
