Sales Specialist

Job Description

Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.

They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, understand local competitors, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through every step.

Sales Specialists are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics, keep the store clean, organized, and safe, work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service, actively monitor inventory, and drive in‑stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
