Position SummaryA growing housewares company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and expand its online sales channels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience, strong marketplace management skills, and a proven track record selling both B2B and direct‑to‑consumer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all marketplace platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) for both B2B and consumer sales
- Optimize product listings, pricing, keywords, and promotional strategies
- Oversee order flow, fulfillment coordination, and inventory accuracy
- Analyze marketplace performance and make data‑driven decisions to increase sales and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new online sales channels
- Collaborate with internal teams on merchandising, marketing, and product positioning
- Troubleshoot listing issues, compliance notices, and platform‑specific challenges
- 3–5 years of prior e-commerce marketplace experience (required)
- Experience selling housewares or similar consumer goods
- Strong understanding of B2B and D2C online sales operations
- Proficient with marketplace dashboards, data tools, and optimization tactics
- Highly organized, analytical, and results‑driven
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
