The Kalpagian Agency is seeking a driven, competitive Insurance Account Representative who thrives on closing business, building strong client relationships, and delivering real value through insurance solutions. This is a sales‑powered role where your ability to connect, recommend, and convert will directly impact your earning potential and career path.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not yet fully licensed, we will support you through the licensing process—but full licensure is required for continued employment.

Role Overview

As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be a key contributor to our agency’s growth by generating new sales, identifying additional coverage needs, and elevating the customer experience. Your goal is to protect clients while driving production and strengthening long‑term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Present, recommend, and sell insurance products to prospects and existing customers
  • Assist customers with applications, renewals, and coverage decisions
  • Conduct policy conversations with a sales-forward mindset to uncover additional needs
  • Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities
  • Support agency goals by consistently engaging in sales-driven activities
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven ability or strong desire to excel in a sales-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage follow-up
  • Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (or willingness to obtain—agency-supported)
