Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a Sales Representative to drive business growth and manage client relationships within the construction and housing markets. This role focuses on selling millwork, doors, and hardware solutions while supporting customers throughout the full project lifecycle—from initial bid and specification to order fulfillment and delivery. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal operations and project teams to ensure accuracy, customer satisfaction, and project success.
Location: Kenilworth, New Jersey
Schedule: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 USD / Annually + Commission
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and project stakeholders
- Prospect new business and grow existing accounts
- Prepare bids, proposals, and pricing estimates
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage orders and project timelines
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records
Meet or exceed sales and margin goals
- Experience in sales within construction materials, millwork, or building products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
