Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year, increasing to 80 hours thereafter. Paid sick leave may be provided under applicable state law.
WhatWe’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods, including November through December.
- Minimum age 18.
- Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training is required throughout employment.
