Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist, Bridgewater Commons

This temporary role places you at the forefront of Tesla’s customer experience in select showrooms and vehicle delivery. You will guide customers from entrance to vehicle hand‑over, ensuring each interaction embodies Tesla’s mission to accelerate sustainable energy.

Securely engaged with guests in showroom, conducting personalized outreach, product demonstrations, and delivery orientations. Support sales pipeline health, capture guest data, and schedule test drives.

• Engage walk‑in guests promptly to create a welcoming experience.
• Conduct meaningful conversations to understand customer intent, timeline, and preferences.
• Educate guests about products through tailored demos, including Full Self‑Driving demonstrations.
• Perform delivery orientations, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
• Capture guest information, schedule test drives, and identify high‑intent buyers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective owners.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Passion for Tesla’s mission and recent EV industry trends; familiarity with local incentives.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license required. For select states, a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License is required; for others, a notary license is preferred.
