We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and delivering service excellence to grow our Pure Barre community.

Position: The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in generating new memberships by engaging potential clients, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process to become members. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in boutique fitness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
  • Conduct facility tours, establish relationships, and understand clients’ goals and needs
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Book appointments to meet monthly sales goals
  • Participate in community events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and hospital events
  • Develop selling skills continuously
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Manage retail inventory
  • Complete relevant training programs
  • Take photos for social media
  • Assist with light cleaning of retail areas, studio, and restrooms
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Warm, engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on membership, retail, and private training sales
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to learn and operate Club Ready software
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email)
  • Organized with multitasking abilities
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
