Sales BDC Representative – East Coast Toyota

East Coast Toyota, a family‑owned dealership, is looking for an energetic BDC Representative to generate appointments, nurture prospects and support a high‑performance sales team.

• Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers.
• Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
• Connect new customers with the appropriate sales team member.
• Work with customers in a professional, well‑spoken manner.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
• Proactively build out the prospecting network.
• Log all activity in a CRM.
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter.

• Aggressive, energetic personality.
• Able to work nights and Saturdays.
• Fluent in Spanish—huge plus.
• Ready to hit the ground running.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
