Toyota Automall in Green Brook, NJ – Business Development Center Representative
Creating a strong first impression with customers is a cornerstone of success in the automotive sales process. As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you will play a vital role as the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Based in our cutting-edge, centralized facility, you'll assist with verifying, processing, and distributing leads for both new and pre-owned vehicles across our dealerships.
Responsibilities- Receive customer calls and establish follow‑ups with sales appointments.
- Make outbound calls following up with customer inquiries.
- Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries by email, phone & text.
- Provide customers with exceptional product knowledge and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering inquiries on both new and used cars.
- Work closely with other BDC representatives in a team environment respecting each other.
- Provide timely follow‑ups with customer questions creating a positive customer experience.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily, accurately tracking and entering all necessary information to help the sale team close.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Reliable and presentable in business attire, representing Empire professionally.
- Strong listening and empathetic mindset.
- Strong work ethic in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Experience providing outstanding customer service and fostering trust.

- Strong computer and multitasking skills:
