The Sales Support Specialist is the operational backbone of Guardian’s sales motion, delivering fast, accurate, and commercially sound quotes across all service lines: shredding, logistics, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and datacenter/enterprise solutions.

• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and competitive quotes across all Guardian service offerings.
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure pricing aligns with cost structures and margin targets.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in pricing while adapting to deal complexity and customer requirements.
• Support revenue growth by enabling faster sales cycles and responsive customer engagement.
• Ensure all quotes are commercially sound and compliant with internal pricing guidelines.
• Act as a trusted internal resource for pricing questions and deal structuring.

• Pricing protects margin while remaining competitive.

• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy.

• Experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or a related role preferred.
