Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving out performance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Roles in the rotational program may include analyst roles within sales, e-commerce, and marketing, along with retail, RGM, media, trade marketing, junior key account manager roles, and more.

The Commercial Graduate Rotational Program at Reckitt includes locations such as Parsippany, NJ;
Bentonville, AR;
Cincinnati, OH; and Minneapolis, MN.

Relocation assistance is provided throughout the 3-rotation program.
Commercial Graduate Program
This position is for Reckitt's 3 step Rotational Program. Relocation is mandatory for this Leadership Program throughout the 3 rotations.

Rotation 1 - Analyst Role within Sales, eCommerce, or Marketing. Retail Field Sales experience is a key part of Rotation 1 in addition to the Analyst role.
Rotation 2 - Sales, eCommerce, Trade, RGM, or Marketing Rotation
Rotation 3 - Junior leadership position within Sales, eCommerce, or Marketing
After the Program - You graduate from the program and join a Reckitt Sales or Marketing team in a JKAM or similar level role!

Rotations will be in Parsippany, NJ;
Cincinnati, OH;
Minneapolis, MN;
Bentonville, AR; and other major Reckitt offices across the USA. Relocation assistance is provided.
Your responsibilities
- Learn about Reckitt's brands, customers and the ins and outs of our sales techniques.
- Build and execute sales strategies that truly resonate with our customers and consumers.
- Work side by side with our teams to help reach and surpass our sales goals.
- Turn data into market insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Deliver service that not only satisfies but delights our customers, handling queries with style and care.
The experience we're looking for
4-year college degree in Sales, Marketing, or similar Business-related field completed in 2025 or 2026
A genuine eagerness to build a career in Sales
Exceptional communicator, adept in conversation and writing
Analytical in thought, able to derive meaningful stories from numbers
Agile and ready to adapt, thriving in our lively and ever-evolving work environment
Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and time management skills
The skills for success
Work under pressure, excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills stakeholder management, organised.
