- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 1-7 years of commercial/plumbing sales experience.
- Current market knowledge in commercial‑mechanical and plumbing sales.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service–oriented with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range$23.60 – $39.51 (Monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
