$60,000 to $65,000 Base Salary plus bonus and incentive (total compensation estimated at $72,000 to $78,000 based on salary and goal achievement)
A Day in the Life- Drive performance through membership sales, rebooking, retail, and service revenue.
- Create a strong culture of service, accountability, and education.
- Coach, motivate, and develop your team to hit individual and center goals.
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance reviews.
- Execute promotions, events, and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
- Partner with ownership to support multi‑location growth.
- $60,000 - $65,000 annually

- Have 4–5 years of people management experience, preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or membership‑based businesses.
- Are fluent in reading a P&L, analyzing the financial impact of initiatives, forecasting business needs, and creating reports to measure success.
- Have a proven track record in sales leadership and team development, including implementing detailed processes and demonstrating their impact.
- Lead with empathy, balancing care for your team and clients with a results‑driven, customer‑centric mindset.
- Are passionate about skincare, client experience, and delivering measurable results.
- Possess strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Are available to work weekends.
