Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work out of our office in Bordentown, NJ. Responsible for fielding phone calls and request from customers, providing technical support. Process customer quotes and orders along with quote follow-ups. Develop and maintain customer relationships.

• Establish, develop, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in order to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
• Respond to prospective customer inquiries and requests for quotations.
• Support existing product lines by fielding technical questions from customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within distribution, end user targets, and large industrial projects.
• Assist outside sales personal with all phases of project related information.
• Handle orders and other inquiries.
• Process customer orders.

Days/Shift:

• Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
