The Vice President, US Sales is a critical member of the Commercial Leadership Team and will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Celldex U.S. sales organization to successfully launch and grow barzolvolimab. This executive will establish the vision, culture, strategy, talent, capabilities, and execution model required to drive exceptional sales performance and maintaining the Celldex commitment to delivering transformational treatments grounded in cutting edge science.

As Celldex transitions to a commercial-stage organization, the Vice President, US Sales will serve as the architect of the field sales organization, leading all aspects of sales force design, talent acquisition, training, launch readiness, customer engagement, performance management, as well as delivering short and long term sales growth objectives. The successful candidate will combine strategic insight with operational excellence and possess a proven track record of launching and growing specialty biologic therapies within immunology, allergy, dermatology, or closely related therapeutic areas.

Sales Force Strategy & Launch Leadership

• Lead development and execution of the US sales strategy for barzolvolimab across barzolvolimab indications, beginning with CSU.
• Establish sales objectives, customer targeting strategies, deployment models, incentive compensation structures, and performance expectations.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Managed Markets, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Insights & Analytics, Trade & Distribution, Human Resources, and Compliance to ensure seamless launch execution.
• Serve as a key commercial leader and enterprise executive contributing to forecasting, strategic planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio development decisions.
