Job Description

Are you outgoing, personable, and passionate about making a difference? Do you get excited about solar energy? If so, Sungevity wants you!

As a Field Solar Specialist, you will represent Sungevity in local communities, engaging with homeowners to promote solar energy and generate consultation appointments. Your role involves grassroots marketing and acting as a solar brand ambassador.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging and exciting homeowners about solar energy
• Qualifying leads and scheduling consultations
• Updating CRM with prospect interactions
• Completing daily recap reports
• Collaborating with Solar Consultants and other team members

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, perseverant, persuasive
• Comfortable using touch technology (iPad, iPhone, Android tablets)
• Weekend availability
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable
• Must be 18 years or older

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time employees (20+ hours/week) receive comprehensive benefits including vision, dental, health, and more
• Hourly wage plus uncapped commission, with paid holidays, training, and time off
