Location: Lake Hopatcong, NJ (Field Marketing / Event Radius)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Available
Base Pay: $18.00/hour + $50.00 Per Demo + 1% Net Sales Commission
Average Weekly Earnings: $550 – $600+/week in bonuses (Top performers reach $1,000+/week in bonuses)

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners face-to-face, door-to-door, and at local home shows, and book free in-home consultations for our sales team. There's no direct selling.
What We Offer:- Base Pay: $18 an hour plus performance-based bonuses
- Bonus Potential: $550–$600+ a week in bonuses on average, with top performers earning $1,000+ a week

- Canvassing:
Spend about 75% of your time talking with homeowners door to door - Events:
Spend about 25% at community events and home shows - Introductions:
Share our windows, doors, roofing, and siding, plus current promotions - Appointments:
Book pre-qualified in-home design consultations - Accurate Info:
Capture homeowner contact and appointment details correctly - Teamwork:
Travel and work with your field team in company vans
- Schedule:

Report daily to our Lake Hopatcong headquarters
- Experience:
Customer service, canvassing, door-to-door, retail, hospitality, or event marketing is a plus, but not required - Personality:
Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations - Physical:
Able to stand and walk outdoors for full shifts
