• Conducting organic synthesis to support research and development projects
• Utilizing instrumentation to analyze the products and interpret data
• Applying knowledge of organic synthesis to synthetic organic chemistry projects
• Utilizing lab experience to optimize processes and procedures
• Developing and validating standard operating procedures

• Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of reaction mechanisms
• Proficiency in Chem Draw for molecular structure drawing
• Experience with quality control and investigation processes
• Ability to solve problems

• Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year
