Supervisors provide day‑to‑day leadership and supervision of a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering professional, customer‑focused security and life safety services for the people and property they protect and the employees they lead.

• Ensure quality services meet customer expectations and contract requirements
• Inspect, supervise, train, coach, mentor, and lead security personnel assigned to the facility/building
• Perform operations related functions: scheduling, overtime management, review of daily logs and incident reports, training and development of staff
• Assist in monitoring and developing staff performance, including supervision, evaluations, disciplinary matters, training, scheduling, callouts, and work assignment
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate time‑keeping systems and records for staff
• Provide immediate response to emergencies and issues that arise
• Follow and coordinate established emergency response, action planning, and procedures
• Maintain availability to a portfolio of accounts assigned
• May be required to initiate preliminary investigations into incidents
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, as required
• Prepare required weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly manager reports
• Assist in procuring, processing, and maintaining uniforms and equipment
• The essential duties and responsibilities may differ by customer location assigned

• State or municipal mandated security officer license(s)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Security guard license or ability to obtain one within an acceptable period
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize and problem‑solve
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience:
  • 1‑3+ years civilian law enforcement or private/corporate security experience
  • 2‑4+ years military experience with a favorable discharge

USD $22.00/Hr. Open availability. Competitive hourly pay rate with health & welfare, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, and 401K enrollment benefit opportunities.
