As a Security Officer - Aero/Defense Security Clearance Patrol in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as aero/defense. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain highly visible, interact with personnel, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post.

• Provide customer service to clients by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.
• Observe and report any irregularities, unusual activity, or potential security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and client management by maintaining detailed and accurate logs and incident reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to promote a secure environment within the aerospace and defense location.

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
