Join Applied Training Solutions as a Chinese-speaking role player supporting training events at the Expeditionary Operations School (EOS) located at Joint Base McGuire‑Dix‑Lakehurst, NJ.

• Act as a fluent Chinese language speaker, portraying roles such as civilians, government officials, religious leaders, tribal elders, interpreters, merchants, rioters, injured protestors, laborers, displaced individuals, refugees, dignitaries, and more.
• Participate in weapons handling and operation training, including rifles, pistols, blanks, and dye-marking cartridges. Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of all weapons per USAF EOS armory standards, returning them after duty completion.
• Engage in military or civilian scenarios using actual military weapons and equipment, embodying roles of foreigners, merchants, rioters, injured protestors, laborers, injured personnel, displaced individuals, refugees, dignitaries, etc.
• Perform in urban/mounted operations training, possibly involving blank-firing weapons or dye-marking cartridges (SIM‑FX, Ultimate Training Munition/UTM, or paintball).

• Fluency in speaking and understanding Chinese, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Hakka, or similar dialects.
• Prior experience with the use, maintenance, and operation of military assault rifles and small arms.
• Capability to possess a firearm pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. 922; must submit a DD Form 2760 prior to start and annually thereafter.
• Clean background check with no red flags that would preclude handling weapons, ammunition, pyrotechnics, or pose risk to U.S. Military personnel.
• Must notify the Site Manager of any incidents affecting suitability to possess firearms.
