Part-Time Security Officer – North Brunswick, NJ

Allied Universal® is North America’s leading security and facility services company. We are seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a Fulfillment Solutions company located in North Brunswick, NJ. All shifts run Mon‑Fri with a shift start at 2:30 PM. The role includes safe client interaction and client site security in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Job Description

• Start 2:30 PM, end time varies with site needs.

• Pay: $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies and emergency response activities.>
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required when permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Under a SORA license.
