Job Title:
Service Plumber

Rate: $100,000+ per year plus commission/bonus

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues
• Present options and pricing to customers
• Complete approved repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Collect payment and complete paperwork

• 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry and the ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate both written and orally with customers
• Technical know-how to use email, invoice software, etc.
• Ability to work a shifted schedule
• Takes pride in going the extra mile for our customers
• Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building)
• Ability to use own plumbing tools (basic trade-related hand tools)
• Good physical condition
