Home Works Construction and Remodeling is looking for a highly experienced Skilled Carpenter to join our dedicated Field Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-standards environment, takes pride in fine craftsmanship, and can handle both framing and finish carpentry with precision. We're not just looking for someone who can 'swing a hammer' - we want a problem‑solver, someone who is curious, detail‑oriented, and capable of performing at the highest level.

• Perform skilled framing and finish carpentry on residential construction and remodeling projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and molding with craftsmanship
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Occasionally assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and homeowners
• Follow company safety protocols and wear required safety equipment

• 5 years of experience in residential carpentry preferred
• Strong proficiency in framing and finish carpentry
• High attention to detail and a passion for high‑end workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic skills in plumbing and electrical are a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable with physical labor and working in various conditions
• No formal education required – skill and reliability are what count here

Full‑Time:
