Conserva Irrigation, South Jersey’s leading irrigation company, is seeking skilled Irrigation Technicians to join our growing team. • Diagnose and repair irrigation systems (valves, manifolds, controllers, flow sensors)
• Install new components, including drip and micro-drip systems
• Assess system efficiency and recommend improvements for water conservation
• Interact with customers professionally to explain repairs and upgrades
• Participate in ongoing training through Conserva University and industry events
• Work independently, but collaborate as part of a dedicated team

• $22–$30/hour (DOE) + performance-based bonuses

• 2+ years of professional irrigation experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Clean driving record required
