Experienced Service Technician Sign On Bonus $5000

As an HVAC Service Technician for Conway Comfort, you'll provide maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems. Conway Comfort is a local family‑owned company based in Hamilton, NJ.

Up to $45.00/hr, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonus potential

• Develop strong working relationships with team
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC units
• Provide feedback to Service Manager on any training, inventory, or pricing issues
• Mentor junior Service Techs

• TWO or more years' experience as an HVAC Service Tech - required
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• EPA Certification
• Ability to ascertain the root cause of a problem and find workable solutions
• Bonus points for any NATE certifications you bring with you
