Northeast Remsco Construction is a well‑established Heavy Civil Construction company specializing in large‑scale infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, underground utilities, and microtunneling. We take pride in maintaining a reliable fleet of heavy equipment to support our field operations.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a fleet of heavy civil construction equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on various heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other key components to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Order parts.
• Maintain detailed service and repair records.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

• 5+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic in a heavy civil construction environment.
• Valid CDL Class A or B required.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both shop and field settings.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Microtunnel equipment knowledge a plus.
