General Contractor seeking commercial carpenter with experience in all phases of commercial fit‑out work.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of commercial fit‑out work, including but not limited to metal stud layout and framing, drywall installation and finishing, commercial steel doors, frames and hardware, millwork and finished carpentry.
- Strong communication skills to manage projects, direct employees and subcontractors to ensure the job is completed as per specifications and communicate with customers.
- Ability to read blueprints and layout jobs as specified.
- Ability to manage the jobsite, keeping it clean and safe.
- Detail‑oriented, able to complete necessary paperwork for tracking material and employees on the jobsite.
- Valid driver's license is required.
