• Assist in drilling, constructing, and developing water wells
• Install, maintain, and repair submersible pumps, vertical turbine pumps, and associated equipment
• Operate and maintain drilling rigs, hoists, and heavy machinery
• Measure, cut, thread, and install well casing, pipe, and fittings
• Drive company vehicles, operate forklifts, and run project‑specific tools/equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, trucks, and work sites
• Document work performed, project notes, and equipment usage
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific protocols
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Travel to various job sites as required

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Willingness to travel and work in varying weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Experience in well drilling, pump installation, plumbing, mechanical, construction, or related trades
• CDL (Class A or
  
  B)
• Experience operating heavy machinery or commercial vehicles
• Knowledge of water well systems, pumps, or drilling practices

• Outdoor field environment
• Exposure to noise, machinery, heights, and weather conditions
• Requires use of safety gear and adherence to strict safety standards
