Provide operational support and technical services for the critical data center.

• Monitor facility operations; identify and immediately respond to system faults and operational emergency situations.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, building automation, security, and fire protection systems that support the data center.
• Use Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and log books to record and track preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate contractor and management approvals for work orders requiring outside contractors; maintain detailed logs of all work performed.
• Read and interpret complex technical information such as blueprints, sketches, building plans, and schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Understand sequences of operation for complex building systems.
• Develop Methods of Procedures (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) for site‑specific equipment.
• Follow MOP, SOP, and formal Change Control processes to implement changes.
• Interact with all parts of the organization to respond to service requests; perform any work necessary to ensure tenant safety and continuous facility operation.
• Maintain strict compliance with all Federal, State, and Local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Current electrician’s license required.
• 2–4 years of critical data center operations engineering experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Google G‑Suite).
• Proficient with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
• Delta Controls / Enteli
  
  WEB experience a plus.
• Schneider Power Management Expert (PME) experience a plus.
• Familiarity with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Salary: $78,200 – $83,200 annually.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $78,200 to $83,200 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short‑and‑long‑term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
