Position Overview:

Rider University seeks an entry-level individual for a temporary Building Maintenance position to perform a variety of routine maintenance services requiring the repair/replacement, installation and repair of building components. The work schedule for this temporary position is Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Perform routine maintenance services including repair and replacement, installation and repair of building components in a temporary Building Maintenance role.

• Demonstrated basic plumbing and electrical experience.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform required job responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, work from ladders, and operate power tools.
• A valid driver's license in good standing is required.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

• 3 years of general maintenance experience is preferred.
