Service Technician – Commercial Roofing

About Us

Executive Roofing Systems is a family-owned commercial roofing contractor serving building owners, property managers, facility managers, and general contractors. Our team operates as trusted advisors by delivering responsive communication, high-quality workmanship, and reliable roofing solutions that protect our clients' assets.

We are growing and looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our commercial roofing service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, year-round work and a long-term career in the roofing and construction industry, not just a seasonal job.

This role supports the foreman in completing service work safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards while learning the technical skills required to advance in the roofing industry.

• Performance bonuses on top of your hourly pay
• Referral bonus - get paid for bringing great people onto the team
• Paid training and manufacturer certifications, at no cost to you
• A clear path to promotion - Service Technician to Service Foreman to running your own truck
