As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading residential heating and cooling system installations.
• Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Ensuring proper airflow, refrigerant practices, electrical connections, and system commissioning.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Training and mentoring installation helpers and apprentices.
• Communicating professionally with homeowners.
• Taking ownership of installation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying installation challenges and communicating solutions before they become problems.
