Facilities Technician

Clinton Township, NJ is calling-and I'm ready to bring my hands-on maintenance mindset to a Facilities Technician role focused on safety, compliance, and keeping building systems running reliably. Location: Clinton Township, NJ

Pay Range: $30/hour

Shift: Evenings (07:00-15:30)

• Maintain compliance with State, County, or City ordinances, codes, laws, and healthcare compliance regulations.
• Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in the site safety program, including Safe Work practices (LOTO, working at heights, and confined spaces).
• Use a computerized maintenance management work order system to open/close assigned work orders and keep neat, organized records of completed work.
• Support repairs and maintenance of building equipment and assist with required maintenance and safety audits; perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Conduct facility inspections, document as-found conditions, maintain housekeeping, and report hazards with ideas to eliminate or mitigate risk.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to safety and compliance.
• Ability to frequently walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift (minimum 80 lbs), stoop, and work with overhead reach; ability to use ladders and perform inspections that require getting on hands and knees.
• Valid state driver's license and willingness to maintain it.

• Contract-only, 6-month assignment with an FTE hourly rate of $30/hr.
